Forwarding of user related data to third parties (e.g. banks) happens exclusively for reasons of contractual fulfillment, except if the user has previously agreed in an exactly defined context. The user has the right to be informed anytime by Open Syndicate if and where applicable which data are stored about him or here at Open Syndicate. Should the data be incorrect or incomplete, Open Syndicate is obliged to correct them. Consent into storage and purposeful processing as well as forwarding his or her data can be revoked anytime by the customer with effect for the furure through a short notice in writing (letter, email) and deletion can be requested.
